The Blacktop MAP Sensor:

The OEM MAP sensor (89420-42010) for the Blacktop has been out of production for almost 20 years now.

I’ve been digging into this for quite a while, and I can now confidently confirm at least one direct alternative that’s still available.

The 89420-06040 MAP sensor from a Camry Solara is an identical match to the values listed in the Blacktop workshop manual.

Note: The manual measures voltage drop (starting from 3.6 V), which is why the values appear reversed.
